“Friuli Venezia Giulia, Spring Vineyards” is the episode of Italy’s RAI 1 Linea Verde farming programme in which Patrizio Roversi and Daniela Ferolla came to visit Friuli Venezia Giulia on a voyage of discovery. After an excursion to Rosazzo Abbey and a foray among the delicate aromatic herbs of Michelin Star chef Antonia Klugman, the cameras zoomed in on Collio and the reassuring presence of bees whose tireless labour testifies to the quality and biodiversity of our vineyards. A magnum of Friulano Bio Sturm was the protagonist of the fantastic open-air toast, along with the other fantastic produce of the land such as the Prosciutto di Cormons ham, the typical regional Gubana cake and…and the evergreen Bruno Pizzul.
